The Palmer Township Police Department arrested 35-year-old Roovens Cadet on Thursday, October 29, 2026. He is charged with five misdemeanors: theft by unlawful taking (18 §3921(a)), criminal conspiracy to commit theft (18 §903), receiving stolen property (18 §3925(a)), criminal conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property (18 §903), and possessing an instrument of crime (18 §907(a)). A warrant issued Oct. 21, 2026 (MJ-3209-CR-0000169-2026, Ref #26-10771) lists the incident at the 4000 block of William Penn Hwy, Palmer, PA; bail was set at $5,000 by MDJ Corpora and Cadet was committed to the Northampton County Prison.
