Rory Thomas McGuirk Wanted on Fleeing, Eluding and Multiple Traffic Charges

North Coventry Township Police are asking the public to help locate 42-year-old Rory Thomas McGuirk of Pottstown, wanted on a Failure to Appear arrest warrant. He is accused of fleeing or attempting to elude officers and driving carelessly and recklessly on Jan. 4, 2026 at the CVS at 351 W. Schuylkill Road; charges include one misdemeanor count of fleeing/attempting to elude, one misdemeanor count of operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock, and five summary traffic offenses.
