Russia to halt Kazakh oil flow to eastern German refinery, Berlin says

Germany has learned that Russia plans to halt the flow of Kazakh oil through the Druzhba pipeline to a refinery in eastern Germany beginning May 1, the energy ministry in Berlin told AFP. The ministry disclosed the information to AFP on Wednesday.
