Salomon Baylon-Taboada, 59, was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2026, at about 12:00 p.m. in Dodge City. The Ford County Sheriff's Office charged him with a traffic violation for failing to carry and exhibit a license upon demand and processed the arrest at the sheriff’s office.
