On 07/28/2026 at approximately 00:11 hours, 48-year-old Samuel Luke Ryon was involved in a traffic stop on Route 30 in West Manchester Township and was arrested on suspicion of DUI. After receipt of a toxicology report, Ryon was formally charged with two counts of DUI on 08/16/2026; the incident is logged as CR-363-26 by the West Manchester Township Police Department.
