Samuel Luke Ryon charged with two counts of DUI after Route 30 traffic stop
A 48-year-old man was stopped on Route 30 in York and later charged with two counts of driving under the influence.
Samuel Luke Ryon, 48, was involved in a traffic stop on Route 30 at approximately 12:11 a.m. on July 28, 2026, and was arrested on suspicion of DUI by West Manchester Township police. After a toxicology report was received, Ryon was formally charged with two counts of DUI on August 16, 2026 (case CR-363-26) in York, PA.
