A 37-year-old man from W King Street faces multiple charges following a police investigation on Fielding Way.
Samuel Perez-Soto Jr., 37, of W King Street was charged following a Newberry Township Police investigation in the 50 block of Fielding Way on July 17, 2026 (case 32-26-06394). He faces one count of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another (M1), plus counts of simple assault (M2), recklessly endangering another person (M2), and harassment for subjecting another to physical contact (M3). The charges were filed by the Newberry Township Police Department in Etters, PA 17319.
