On March 1, 2026, at about 1:54 p.m., City of Bradford police responded to a reported retail theft at Country Fair on West Washington Street. Store management and witnesses, along with video review, identified 55-year-old Sandra Jo McCullen as the person who removed two large coffees without paying. Charges were filed at Magistrate Luther's Office and a court date is pending.
