Sara M. Narcisso arrested in East Stroudsburg Walmart retail-theft case
Stroud Area Regional Police arrested 41-year-old Sara M. Narcisso on Aug. 11, 2026, after she allegedly stole $1,869.33 in merchandise from the Walmart in East Stroudsburg.
On May 1, 2026 at 3:30 p.m., loss prevention at the Walmart on 355 Lincoln Avenue in East Stroudsburg reported that a woman concealed merchandise in reusable bags and left the store without paying for $1,869.33 worth of items. A felony arrest warrant (docket MJ-43202-CR-0000101-2026, reference 2026-0010428) was issued May 11 by MDJ Wolbert charging Sara M. Narcisso with 3929(A)(1) retail theft; Stroud Area Regional Police took Narcisso into custody Aug. 11, 2026 at 4:33 p.m. and she was transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility.
