Sara M. Narcisso arrested on retail theft charge in East Stroudsburg

On May 1, 2026, Stroud Area Regional Police responded to a reported retail theft at the Walmart on 355 Lincoln Avenue in East Stroudsburg after loss prevention found a woman concealing merchandise in reusable bags in a grocery cart and leaving without paying for $1,869.33 worth of items. A felony arrest warrant (issued May 11, 2026 by MDJ Wolbert, docket MJ-43202-CR-0000101-2026, reference 2026-0010428) was filed, and Sara M. Narcisso, 41, was taken into custody by Stroud Area Regional Police on August 11, 2026 and transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility for processing.
