Saucon Creek bridge on Easton Road to be replaced; 7.5-mile detour planned
PennDOT says the 1956-built Easton Road bridge is nearing the end of its design life and will be replaced; drivers will face a 7.5-mile detour during work.
A bridge replacement project is planned for Easton Road in Lower Saucon Township, with construction scheduled to begin in spring 2028 and conclude in fall 2028, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation says in a project overview.
