School Is Back in Session: West Reading Police Urge Drivers to Slow Down
West Reading Police urge drivers to obey school-zone speed limits, watch for pedestrians and crossing guards, stop for buses, and allow extra travel time as students return.
The West Reading Police Department is reminding drivers to slow down, obey posted school-zone speed limits (especially when lights are flashing), watch for students and crossing guards, stop for school buses when required, and allow extra time during arrival and dismissal. WRPD will conduct back-to-school traffic enforcement throughout the Borough to help keep students, families and school staff safe.
