SCOTUS orders Michigan to respond in citizen-only voting ballot case
The U.S. Supreme Court has asked Michigan to respond in a case over a citizen-only voting proposal that failed to appear on the Nov. 3 ballot.
The U.S. Supreme Court has directed Michigan to file a response in a case involving a citizen-only voting ballot proposal. The proposal, which did not qualify for the Nov. 3 ballot, is now under review by the high court.
