On Dec. 12, 2025, Lower Allen Township police were dispatched to Weis Markets, 1195 Lowther Rd., following a reported retail theft that occurred Dec. 1, in which a male filled a shopping cart and left without paying $166.30; loss prevention provided video of the incident. Investigators identified the suspect as 58-year-old Sean Lamont Mosley, who has three prior retail theft convictions; a warrant (CR-553-2025, Ref. LA-25-06792) issued Dec. 23, 2025 by MDJ Delozier was served July 13, 2026, and Mosley faces charges under 18 3929 (A)(1) Retail Theft.
