On July 8, 2026, Westmoreland County Drug Task Force and Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General agents, assisted by Westmoreland County SWAT, executed a search warrant on Shaw Street in North Huntingdon Township and arrested 52-year-old Timothy Bold. Officers seized 11 firearms (handguns, rifles, shotguns, and magazines), more than 150 grams of cocaine, a digital scale with cocaine residue and cash; Bold, a convicted felon, faces possession of a controlled substance, 11 counts of a person not to possess a firearm, and other drug-related charges. Derek Bold, who resides in the home, is charged with marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia.
