Second arrest made in Bellevue stalking incidents
Bellevue police arrested Anthony Bartos on charges of stalking, loitering and prowling at night, and harassment; he is being held at the Allegheny County Jail pending a September 3, 2026 preliminary hearing.
Bellevue Borough Police arrested Anthony Bartos in connection with a second reported stalking incident involving a juvenile victim who reported being followed on multiple occasions. Bartos was arraigned on charges of Stalking, Loitering and Prowling at night, and harassment and is being held at the Allegheny County Jail awaiting a preliminary hearing set for September 3, 2026. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
