Second arrest made in Bellevue stalking incidents

The Bellevue Borough Police Department arrested Anthony Bartos and arraigned him on additional charges of Stalking, Loitering and Prowling at night, and harassment in connection with a second reported stalking incident. The arrest follows an investigation into multiple incidents reported by a juvenile victim who said they were followed and stalked; Bartos is being held at the Allegheny County Jail pending a preliminary hearing on September 3, 2026. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
