Sergio Alex Arevalo Boj charged with theft by deception in South Lebanon Township

On 04/24/2026 South Lebanon Township Police say Sergio Alex Arevalo Boj used a fraudulent Pennsylvania driver’s license to obtain two orders of building materials from 84 Lumber at 2484 E. Cumberland Street totaling $2,480.86; the transactions were later disputed and charged back as fraudulent. Arevalo Boj, 42, was charged 07/14/2026 with 18 Pa.C.S. § 3922(a)(1) – Theft by Deception (M1) and 75 Pa.C.S. § 7122(3) – Altered, Forged or Counterfeit Documents or Plates (M1).
