As of 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, Manheim Township reports 18 road closures remaining (down from 32), with three major routes — Oregon Pike (between East Roseville Road and Crooked Oak Drive), East Roseville Road (between Oregon Pike and Municipal Drive), and Valley Road (between Blue Streak Boulevard and Shaub Road) — still closed while utility and tree crews work on-site. Traffic signals that are dark or on flash have been reduced to three intersections; drivers should treat non-functioning signals as four-way stops. PPL expects 95% of outages restored by Tuesday 11:00 p.m. and 100% by Wednesday 11:00 p.m.; municipal offices remain closed July 8 while select facilities (Overlook Golf Course front-9, pools at noon, public library charging/Wi‑Fi, Compost Park free to residents through July 12, and Calvary Church 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) are available — residents are urged to avoid downed wires and not bypass barricades.
