Hanover Township Police arrested 48-year-old Shawntah Lee of Mark Drive at about 6:30 a.m. on July 4, 2026, charging her with one count of terroristic threats (M1), one count of simple assault (M) and one count of harassment (S) following an incident on Mark Drive. She was arraigned before District Magistrate Matthew Carmody, remanded to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility on $15,000 straight cash bail, and a preliminary hearing is set for July 15, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. in Central Court.
