Ali Dougherty, associate vice president of human resources, invites all employees to participate in upcoming in-person HR listening sessions. These structured forums create a safe, supportive space for openly sharing your insights, concerns, and feedback. To ensure authentic data gathering, Dougherty and Tammy Trach, HR business partner for employee engagement, will focus entirely on listening and documenting your input without immediate interruption or debate. Your ground-level feedback will directly influence future improvements to HR processes.
Discussions will be held Aug. 12, 13, 19, and 25, and will focus on performance evaluations, benefits, and summer work schedules. Lunch/refreshments will be provided.
