Skyler Matthew Barr arrested on firearms, drug and resisting charges in Columbia
Columbia Borough police charged a 30-year-old Lancaster man with multiple weapons, drug and resisting-related counts after an incident on Chestnut Street on July 7, 2026.
On July 7, 2026 at approximately 11:41 a.m., Skyler Matthew Barr, 30, of Lancaster, PA, was charged in the 300 block of Chestnut Street, Columbia, with possession of firearm prohibited; firearms not to be carried without a license; disarming a law enforcement officer without lawful authorization; resisting arrest; marijuana—small amount for personal use; possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered; use/possession of drug paraphernalia; and criminal mischief. The Columbia Borough Police Department filed the charges. Barr is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
