West Whiteland Township Police have identified Soraya Paguay-Villas as a wanted person in connection with retail theft, receiving stolen property and two conspiracy counts.
Soraya Paguay-Villas, 29, of 215 W Lincoln Hwy, Exton, PA 19341, is listed as a wanted person (CR-55-2026; WW-26-02579) by the West Whiteland Township Police. She faces one count of retail theft (18 § 3929(A)(1)), one count of receiving stolen property (18 § 3925(A)), one count of conspiracy to commit retail theft (M1) and one count of criminal conspiracy to receive stolen property (M1); the case is in District Court 15-4-03. Paguay-Villas is described as a Hispanic female, 29 years old, 4'10", 146 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
