Beginning July 6 through August 16, 2026, the South Lebanon Township Police Department will participate with the Pennsylvania State Police and approximately 300 municipal agencies in a targeted aggressive-driving enforcement initiative. Officers will stop and cite drivers for speeding, tailgating, red light violations, heavy truck and pedestrian-safety offenses and other unsafe behaviors; the campaign is funded by PennDOT using federal NHTSA highway safety funds.
