Sebastian Lee Bloom, 41, of South Renovo, was sentenced on October 6 after being convicted on seven counts of Dissemination of Child Sexual Abuse Material (F2). Clinton County Court of Common Pleas President Judge Craig P. Miller imposed an aggregate 35-year term at a state correctional facility with parole possible after 9 years and 4 months; Bloom was classified as a tier II sex offender and must register for 25 years. The case began after the Northeast Computer Crime Unit received Cybertipline reports from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children initiated by Yahoo and Google; investigators found Bloom possessed and disseminated explicit digital images depicting female children aged 10 to 12.
