Clinton County District Attorney Dave Strouse announced that 41-year-old Sebastian Lee Bloom of South Renovo was sentenced on Oct. 6 after being convicted on seven counts of Dissemination of Child Sexual Abuse Material (F2). President Judge Craig P. Miller imposed an aggregate 35-year term with parole eligibility after 9 years and 4 months; Bloom was classified a Tier II sex offender and must register for 25 years. The charges followed Cybertipline reports to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children by Yahoo and Google and an investigation by the Northeast Computer Crime Unit, which found Bloom possessed and disseminated sexually explicit digital images of girls aged 10 to 12.
