Stacy Lynn Wagner arrested in Pottstown on simple assault and harassment charges
North Coventry officers say they observed injuries during a domestic disturbance and arrested 46-year-old Stacy Lynn Wagner on charges of simple assault and harassment; she was arraigned and released on $1,000 bail.
On August 19, 2026, at about 3:34 p.m., North Coventry Police responded to a reported domestic disturbance at the 1000 block of Riverside Drive in Pottstown. Officers observed injuries they allege were caused by Stacy Lynn Wagner, 46, of Pottstown; she was charged with one count of simple assault and one count of harassment, arraigned, and released on $1,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 27, 2026, at District Court 15-3-01.
