Starqwayzah Noffke-Morton arrested after Montour Blvd traffic stop finds marijuana, paraphernalia
Police stopped a vehicle on Montour Boulevard, detected the odor of burnt marijuana, and recovered marijuana and paraphernalia after a consented search.
On July 22, 2026 at approximately 10:15 p.m., Officer Jordan conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of Montour Boulevard and detected the odor of burnt marijuana. Driver Starqwayzah Noffke-Morton, 24, admitted to having marijuana and provided an ashtray with burnt joints; a consent search located a black purse containing additional drug paraphernalia and fresh marijuana. Noffke-Morton faces charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and a general lighting requirements violation, according to Montour Township Police.
