Starqwayzah Noffke-Morton arrested on marijuana and paraphernalia charges
During a traffic stop July 22, police detected burnt marijuana, recovered an ashtray with joints, and — with the driver’s consent — found a purse containing fresh marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
On July 22, 2026, at about 10:15 p.m., Officer Jordan stopped a vehicle on the 500 block of Montour Boulevard for traffic violations and detected the odor of burnt marijuana. The driver, identified as 24-year-old Starqwayzah Noffke-Morton, admitted to having marijuana, produced an ashtray with burnt joints, and after consenting to a search the officer found a black purse containing additional drug paraphernalia and fresh marijuana. Noffke-Morton faces charges including possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and a violation for general lighting requirements.
