State police admit they failed to notify Pa. lawmakers about ‘hit list’
After a Lebanon man was arrested and charged with making terroristic threats against sitting Pennsylvania lawmakers, state police acknowledged a breakdown in notifying legislators and said they will implement a new notification process immediately.
