Steelworkers’ Archives Walking Tours

Former steelworkers or guides trained by them lead sidewalk and Hoover‑Mason Trestle tours through the Bethlehem Steel plant site in partnership with the National Museum of Industrial History. Tours depart from the NMIH lobby at 602 E. Second Street in Bethlehem, run rain or shine for 1+ hour, and cover the Lehigh Valley’s ironmaking evolution, the plant’s history and role in World Wars I and II, nearby ethnic neighborhoods, surviving buildings, and working life, concluding with a question-and-answer session.
