On Sept. 2, 2026 at about 12:59 a.m., Officer Joshua Frederoski stopped a maroon Chevrolet Tahoe near 114 Boylston Street in Bradford for a traffic issue; Stephanie Lynn DeFilippo, 42, was a passenger. Police say she was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant tied to a Pennsylvania State Police case, and a search of her personal effects allegedly turned up suspected cocaine and a brass pipe with burnt residue. DeFilippo was processed at the Bradford Police Department, remanded to the McKean County Jail, and charged on Sept. 16, 2026 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
