Stephen E. Hannum Arrested in Theft of Lottery Tickets at Trainer Convenience Store
Bensalem police arrested Stephen E. Hannum July 10, 2026, after Trainer investigators say he stole scratch-off tickets and collected winnings while employed at Henry’s Convenience Store.
Stephen E. Hannum, 43, was taken into custody by the Bensalem Police Department on July 10, 2026, on an arrest warrant issued Nov. 25, 2025. Trainer police say Hannum, while employed at Henry’s Convenience Store in Trainer Borough between Oct. 15 and Oct. 22, 2025, unlawfully removed about $2,425 in scratch-off lottery tickets and collected roughly $1,238 in winnings; he faces charges of Theft by Unlawful Taking (F3) and Receiving Stolen Property (F3). Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or submit a tip; all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
