Stephen E Hannum arrested in Trainer Borough lottery ticket theft
Bensalem police arrested a 43-year-old Trainer convenience store employee after investigators say he removed scratch-off tickets and claimed winnings from the store’s lottery machine.
Stephen E Hannum, 43, was taken into custody by the Bensalem Police Department on July 10, 2026, on an arrest warrant issued November 25, 2025 (Docket MJ-32136-CR-0000252-2025). Trainer Police investigated a reported theft at Henry’s Convenience Store (3905 West 9th Street) and determined Hannum, while employed there between October 15 and October 22, 2025, unlawfully removed about $2,425 in scratch-off lottery tickets and collected $1,238 in winnings. He faces charges of theft by unlawful taking (F3) and receiving stolen property (F3); anyone with information is asked to contact local authorities.
