Stephen J. Diehl cited for harassment after Millersville bar altercation

On July 25, 2026, 39-year-old Stephen J. Diehl was issued a citation for harassment following two separate incidents at Jack's Tavern in Millersville. During his second visit Diehl got into a physical altercation with an employee, left on foot, and was later confronted by officers on W. Frederick St.; police issued the citation and a No Trespass Order prohibiting his return to the establishment.
