Stephen Rissell Arrested on Outstanding Bench Warrant in Denver

Stephen Rissell, 36, of Denver, Pennsylvania, was taken into custody on an outstanding bench warrant after officers located him on July 26, 2026, at about 9:40 p.m. in the 300 block of Main Street in Denver Borough. He was arrested without incident, turned over to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department and remanded to Lancaster County Prison; the arrest was handled by East Cocalico Township Police (case 2026-04369).
