Stephen Rissell Arrested on Outstanding Bench Warrant in Denver Borough
East Cocalico Township officers located and arrested Stephen Rissell on an outstanding bench warrant on July 26, 2026.
Stephen Rissell, 36, of Denver, PA, was taken into custody on an outstanding bench warrant after officers located him on July 26, 2026, at approximately 9:40 p.m. in the 300 block of Main Street in Denver Borough. He was arrested without incident, turned over to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department and remanded to Lancaster County Prison.
