Supreme Court denies Florida request to sue over immigrant CDLs

Florida had sought to challenge allegations that those states issue commercial driver’s licenses (CDLs) to undocumented immigrants who cannot read road signs, but the high court’s denial prevents the case from moving forward at the national level.
