The York County Regional Police Department is asking for help identifying a woman suspected of using a York Township resident’s Visa/debit card information to make unauthorized tap-to-pay purchases at stores in Carlisle, Mechanicsburg, Harrisburg and Lancaster on August 10, 2026.
