Suspect Steals 9-Year-Old’s E-Bike from Target Vestibule

Manheim Township Police Department is investigating the theft of an e-bike belonging to a 9-year-old, taken from the vestibule of Target at 1589 Fruitville Pike after the suspect offered to “test ride” it and left a phone and wallet as collateral. Surveillance shows the suspect later returning and taking the bike while the owner and friends were inside; he was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and a red Coca‑Cola baseball hat and was last seen leaving toward Dick’s Sporting Goods. Anyone who recognizes the individual should contact Sgt. Barry E. Waltz Jr. at 717-371-5212 or [email protected], or submit a confidential tip.
