Susquehanna Township Police Urge Caution Ahead of School Year
Police remind motorists to be alert around school zones, crosswalks and neighborhood bus stops as the school year approaches.
During August, the Susquehanna Township Police Department is reminding motorists to be vigilant as the first day of school nears. Drivers should slow down and watch for children in school zones, crosswalks and neighborhoods where students may be walking to or from bus stops; student drivers are urged to buckle up and stay off mobile devices. The department's message: "Slow Down, Stay Alert, Save Lives."
