On Monday, June 30, 2026 at approximately 6:19 PM, Thomasville Police responded to a report of a person shot in the 300 block of West Jerger Street and discovered a male with a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to Archbold Memorial Hospital with serious injuries; the case (aggravated assault, 202630791) remains an open investigation with no indication of an ongoing threat.
