Three charged in attempted homicide after Derry Hookah Lounge shooting
Dauphin County Crime Stoppers is offering up to $2,000 for information. Three suspects now have active arrest warrants and are considered armed and dangerous.
On August 23, 2026 at about 3:03 a.m., Swatara Township Police responded to a shooting at the Derry Hookah Lounge, 5450 Derry Street, where an occupied vehicle was struck by multiple bullets. Investigators identified and sought 23-year-old Tywaun Bender, 21-year-old Azmere Green-Stewart, and 32-year-old Toddrick Newton, charging each with Criminal Attempt—Homicide, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, and multiple firearms violations; all three have active arrest warrants.
