Three Men Charged in Lock Haven False Imprisonment of Minors
Three men arrested on warrants are charged with holding two juveniles against their will in an Evergreen Commons apartment in April 2026.
Elijah Beaty (21), D’Andre Cochran (20) and Zaire Williams (20) were each charged with two Felony 2 counts of false imprisonment of a minor, two Felony 2 counts of criminal conspiracy false imprisonment of a minor, two summary counts of harassment and two summary counts of conspiracy harassment for an April 11, 2026 incident in the Evergreen Commons area of Lock Haven. According to police, the defendants allegedly held a 13-year-old and a 14-year-old in an apartment while attempting to obtain money for earlier damage. Arrest warrants were obtained and the three were picked up on August 6, 2026, taken to CCCF for arraignment and are currently out on $40,000 unsecured bail.
