The New Cumberland Police Department concluded three separate investigations into numerous overnight vehicle entries and thefts between late June and early July 2026. On June 25 investigators linked about 25 incidents to Jayden Munoz, who faces multiple charges and currently has an active arrest warrant; a stolen Glock 43X from those incidents has not been recovered. Subsequent probes on July 6 and July 10 resulted in charges against several juveniles after stolen vehicles (including a Kia Optima driven into Harrisburg) and thefts from unlocked cars were tied to the suspects; police ask anyone with information on Munoz to call 717‑774‑0400 and remind residents to secure vehicles and valuables.
