Tiffany Marie Shaffer arrested on drug charges after roadway disturbance

Lower Swatara Township Police say they arrested 33-year-old Tiffany Marie Shaffer of Middletown on June 22, 2026, on one count of possession of a controlled substance and four additional charges after she allegedly caused a disturbance and attempted to interfere at the scene of a Children and Youth investigation on the 2000 block of Market Street Ext. A search incident to arrest reportedly uncovered methamphetamine, pills, marijuana and paraphernalia consistent with consuming illegal narcotics. Shaffer is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
