Timothy Hollis, 52, of Fleetwood was arrested at about 7:20 p.m. on Sept. 30, 2026, in the 1200 block of Historic Drive in Strasburg on a warrant issued Aug. 28 (Ref. 2607036315). West Lampeter investigators say Hollis was hired in January 2026 as a driver for an elderly woman, gained her trust and received money and assets — including a vehicle — and is accused of using her credit card for a fraudulent purchase of more than $350 in July, pawning her rings for over $1,000 in August and taking $4,700 given for rent that was not used for that purpose. Charges filed before MDJ Benner include one count of financial exploitation of an older adult (F3), and three misdemeanor counts for theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and access device fraud; anyone with information is asked to contact West Lampeter Township Police at 717-464-2421.
