Timothy Shane Williams Charged With DUI in Lower Saucon Township

On August 29, 2026, Lower Saucon Township Police responded to an incident in the 2100 block of Nemeth Drive and charged 42-year-old Timothy Shane Williams with driving under the influence of alcohol. Charges were filed at District Court 03-2-04; his recorded BAC was .11%. The matter is before District Judge Alan Mege; all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
