Joining Pennsylvania State Police and about 300 municipal agencies, the enforcement wave runs July 6 through August 16, 2026, to reduce aggressive-driving crashes, injuries and deaths.
Tinicum Township Police Department will join the Pennsylvania State Police and roughly 300 municipal agencies for a targeted aggressive-driving enforcement wave from July 6 through August 16, 2026. Officers will ticket motorists for heavy truck violations, red-light running, speeding, tailgating, pedestrian-safety violations and other unsafe or aggressive driving behaviors; the effort is part of PennDOT’s Highway Safety Program funded with federal NHTSA funds.
