Tinicum Township Police Join Statewide Aggressive-Driving Enforcement July 6–Aug 16, 2026
Tinicum Township will join Pennsylvania State Police and about 300 municipal agencies for a targeted aggressive-driving enforcement wave from July 6–August 16, 2026, citing drivers for a range of unsafe behaviors.
Pipersville — Tinicum Township Police Department will participate with the Pennsylvania State Police and roughly 300 municipal agencies in a focused aggressive-driving enforcement wave from July 6 through August 16, 2026. Officers will target heavy-truck violations, pedestrian safety issues, red-light running, speeding and tailgating; any aggressive driver stopped may be ticketed. The effort is part of Pennsylvania’s Highway Safety Program and is funded by PennDOT using federal NHTSA funds.
